Payment
Orders must be paid via a Credit Card, eCheck (Electronic Check, Check By Phone & Fax), Business Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check.

If you are paying by Credit Card, you may place your order online via our Shopping Cart. Orders may also be faxed to us at 1-413-803-4848 . Be sure to include your credit card information. You may leave your contact information on the fax, and we can call you for your Credit Card number if you wish. Credit Card orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt.

eCheck is a payment service that allows you to pay using your business checking account without having to mail in your check. Please fill out this eCheck Authorization Form and fax it back to us. A voided check and your purchase order must be attached. eCheck & Business Check orders require about 5-7 business days to process. If you are paying via Business Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check, please send your order & payment to the address below.

Terms
We do not accept purchases on credit or terms, but we do accept payment via eCheck (Electronic Check, Check By Phone & Fax). We can accept checks by fax/phone as easily as accepting a credit card payment. This allows us to ship products faster, while not having to wait for "checks in the mail."
