Product warranties are made by the manufacturer of the product. Our products are designed to meet or exceed the performance of the original equipment manufacturer'sproduct. Almost all of our products are warranted by the manufacturer for 12 months (unless otherwise stated on the product description). Please check the product description for more details.

This warranty excludes damage due to misuse or neglect, improper charging or improper application of battery. To attain warranty replacement, you must contact us by calling us at 1-855-888-2739. The battery manufacturer warrants only to the original purchaser that the battery is free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase and that the charge of the battery has been maintained at or greater than the minimum level considered necessary under industry standards for batteries to perform effectively upon installation. We generally require 2-3 weeks to process a warranty. You are responsible for disposing your spent or defective battery to a recycling center.
