Product warranties are made by the manufacturer of the product. Our products
are designed to meet or exceed the performance of the original equipment manufacturer's
product and are warranted by the manufacturer for 12 months.Note: This warranty excludes damage due to misuse or neglect, improper charging or improper application of battery. To attain warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer. The battery manufacturer warrants only to the original purchaser that this battery is free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase and that the charge of the battery has been maintained at or greater than the minimum level considered necessary under industry standards for batteries to perform effectively upon installation. The manufacturer generally requires 2-3 weeks to process a warranty. You are responsible for disposing your spent or defective battery to a recycling center.
