Warranty Policy

 Our warranty policy is 100% simple and guaranteed. If any of our products fails to last the guaranteed return policy under normal use we will replace it at absolutely no cost to you.

Any misuse of our products will void your warranty, however we do understand honest mistakes happen and will work with you to remedy your issue in the best way possible.

If you receive a product that is not in 100% working order, is damaged or varies from the item pictured on our website you may return it within 30 Days from the day you received it.

Refund Policy

We process refunds within 48 hours (usually much faster). Please note that your bank may take 24-48 hours to process and apply the refund to your account, credit cards may take longer. 

Ordered The Wrong Item?

If you ordered the wrong product, that's ok too! Simply email us at the address below and someone will follow up shortly with arrangements to return the item. Be aware that you may be liable for return shipping and a possible restocking fee. Because our products are heavy shipping can be expensive. We will work with you to find the best option.
